What Tarot de Volt is

Tarot de Volt offers personal tarot readings: a person reads your cards and answers you by text, audio or video call, depending on the level you choose. It is a guidance and entertainment service for adults over 18.

What it is not

A tarot reading is not a certain prediction and does not replace the medical, psychological, legal or financial advice of a professional. Do not make decisions about health, money or safety based only on a reading. If you are in a situation of risk, seek professional or emergency help.

Delivery

The written message and the audio reading are sent to your email within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed. The video call takes place on the date and time we agree on after your payment. If, because of a mistake on our part, you do not receive your reading, we will deliver it or refund your payment.

Payments and refunds

Payment is processed by Mercado Pago (Mexico, pesos) or PayPal (other countries, dollars). We do not see your card details. Because this is a personalized service that we start preparing as soon as you pay, once the reading has been delivered there is no refund, unless there was a mistake on our part. For video calls, you can reschedule your appointment by letting us know at least 12 hours in advance.

Your information

To answer you we store your name, your email, your question and, if you write it, your WhatsApp number. Details in the privacy policy.

Ownership

Your reading is for your personal use. You may not resell it or publish it as if it were yours.

The Rider Volt deck — its illustrations, card design, logo and texts — is the original work of Alain Volt and is protected by copyright. Copying, downloading, reproducing, distributing, modifying or using the deck or its images, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
